Cycling Without Age Trishaw

Experience the joy of the outdoors with a gentle ride on a Cycling Without Age trishaw. This special event offers people who may be unable to cycle independently the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable trishaw ride, with friendly and experienced volunteer cyclists.

The event is organised by the dedicated volunteers from Dodder Valley Cycling, who operate the trishaw service in Dodder Valley Park, South Dublin. It also aims to inspire local organisations and volunteers to establish a Cycling Without Age service here in Wicklow Town.

The event will be held in loving memory of Kay O’Flaherty, mother of the group’s founder, who sadly passed away on 10 June before having the opportunity to enjoy a spin on the bike herself.

Trishaw rides are free and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis on the day. Come along, enjoy the experience and discover how Cycling Without Age helps people feel connected to their community and the world around them.
