Walking football is a fun, social and low-impact way to stay active and is particularly suited to the over 60s. It’s a brilliant way to improve fitness, make new friends and enjoy the beautiful game at a pace that suits everyone.
The Wicklow Walking Football group meets twice a week and is always delighted to welcome new faces.
